Purchases with destinations to the lower 48 states are shipped by UPS on the next business day. All shipments are insured for the full purchase price plus shipping costs, and are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided upon request.
 
 
For products being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside the U.S., please contact us toll-free or through our website for shipping arrangements. The USPS usually provides the best rates as well as insurance at an additional charge. (Click here to use our Contact Form.)
 
If there is an urgent need for a particular part, please contact us for an overnight quote; costs vary depending on location.
 
We use high quality boxes and packaging to ship our products in order to prevent damage during shipping.
 
Returns/refunds are considered on a part-by-part basis. If the part does not match the description or we failed to identify a flaw, we will promptly replace the part or issue a refund. We do not provide parts to be used in troubleshooting.
